Yeah, I plugged back my Archer D5 for now, I had the C20 running for over 2 hours, but needed to transfer files over the network and that shitty 100Mbps wastes my time.

My ticket was 21 hours old when I replied again. By that time I would expect someone to at least acknowledge it. Simply commenting on how the system works does nothing for me as a customer. All I see is an unresponsive support team.
 
@PBCool Any idea why my PL to JHB is so high? It's 0% within CPT and around 0.7% to EU.

seems i am only getting a fraction of what I pay for lately at Cool Ideas for my 200/200 line. seems that my R1500.00 that I spend a month with you guys will be rather suited somewhere else.

I agree and it's why it's being changed, I am just explaining what happened. Did you manage to call in?
 
And just as I give praise twitch is terrible tonight even with the proxy.

These look normal as well, Vox will obviously not use our transport to get to UK. But the rest seem fine, latency from London to Austria seems to be ~30ms from London, and I see packet loss on their network from my traces.

Not sure really, our monitoring shows a maximum of 2% packet loss from JHB to CPT over the past 30 days. What happens if you drop the throughput to 50M?
