Looking good now thanksYeah we had some weird asymmetry with Joburg traffic going via Cape Town to MTN's network.
This should now be sorted out.

There are no issues on our side, as you can imagine other ISPs on their own network doesnt really get the priority their own provider does. We are investigating.MTN/cool ideas down again in lonehill, second time today and 6th time this month. (#COOL-20190428-258399)
My mate in lonehill using MTN as both ISP and fiber provider is up, so something definitely wrong with the handover. CISP not offering anything to recompense us for these outages and just going on as though nothing happened... time to go back to MTN as the ISP

If there was an issue with a router then it wouldnt affect both regions, Johannesburg/Cape Town. This has happened a few times in the past which we have escalated with MTN, basically we never get any further feedback around it. Then it's fine for months... So quite frustrating for us as well.Issue with the router at CI?
