So you're also having the same issue as me. I used to get my 100Mbps down on OpenServe, Frogfoot CI I don't.

@PBCool and I have set up my router, still do not have speed improvements.

Still having the same international issues on ff as well. My steam downloads max out at 11mbps.

Currently have the CI blockbox running tests. Hopefully we can finally convince FF there is an issue.

MTN/cool ideas down again in lonehill, second time today and 6th time this month. (#COOL-20190428-258399)

My mate in lonehill using MTN as both ISP and fiber provider is up, so something definitely wrong with the handover. CISP not offering anything to recompense us for these outages and just going on as though nothing happened... time to go back to MTN as the ISP

@PBCool / @TheRoDent don't see any announcements about MTN but my ticket is in status NOC - Client Line Down from before it went up again earlier today, what's the story?

There are no issues on our side, as you can imagine other ISPs on their own network doesnt really get the priority their own provider does. We are investigating.

We have cycled the ports, please check if it has recovered?

International still sitting at > 0%, Local seems fine for the most part

Issue with the router at CI?
If there was an issue with a router then it wouldnt affect both regions, Johannesburg/Cape Town. This has happened a few times in the past which we have escalated with MTN, basically we never get any further feedback around it. Then it's fine for months... So quite frustrating for us as well.
