onedrive.live.com for example. Uploading a 50MB file, expecting to take about 10seconds. It takes over a minute.

edit: or doing a speedtest.net to any international server gives QUOTE]OneDrive isn't technically international, as Microsoft peers locally. So we need to carry your traffic to the local peer from there it's up to them to ingest it and carry it to the international destinations. Usually in Ireland. Do you have any other examples for me?

So it's just co-incidence MS upload is also around 15Mbps?

Another example is drop box. 50MB file taking over a minute to upload.

Have you done any IPerfs as yet? What troubleshooting has been done?

@PBCool , yes I have done some iperfs. I have attached them below but I have opened a ticket with you guys when i did the iperfs and nobody is seeming to get back to me on it.

Yup I got it too. Pray their network upgrade/fix/macaroni art project comes sooner rather than later.

Been a lot better over the last hour. Let's hope the failover backup actually worked like it should and reverted the setup after the primary recovered.

I've had this issue since late yesterday evening - most international sites struggle. Helluva annoying!

I'm with Cool Ideas/Vuma Aerial in JHB.

Spoke too soon

Trying to move my fibre to CISP, as of today. Nobody has bothered to request my object number prior to the line cancellation. Additionally I've been on hold for technical for over 15 minutes. I've left a message - but so far no call.

I need the line up and running ASAP. If CISP isn't able to help I will be looking elsewhere, I'm losing faith and patience in your support @PBCool.

Sorry to hear, that which fibre network? If Trenched and your line is released you can do this via the Vumatel Shopfront.
