We have noticed 20-50ms on our firsthop handover from MTN. This has been logged with them

Sorry to hear, that which fibre network? If Trenched and your line is released you can do this via the Vumatel Shopfront.

Can't access the Vumatel shopfront through the CPE.

Your technicians haven't bothered to return my call in 3 hours.

Hello Cool Ideas,
I have a small problem with way you bill me. How is it possible to send me an invoice on 2 May 2019, but the invoice is due on 1 May 2019. Have a careful look at the attachment.

Logically you would send your invoices out at least a week before they are due. Just saying.
Assuming you did send your invoice on on time, giving a customer 1 day in which to pay the invoice is also not very nice. If I did not pay the invoice that same day you sent it, how long would it take for you to cut off my services or mark me as a habitual late payer on your system / ITC?

Maybe change your system so it will allow me to pay via credit card before the first of the month and without requiring an invoice to make a credit card payment.

Oh I have logged a call for this as well, REF: COOL-20190501-259709, when I did not get your invoice in time but it has not been answered. This is not a once off. It's a monthly thing now.

For the last couple of days I'm getting connection refused errors trying to run iperf,
iperf3.exe -R -u -b 485M -l 1452 -p 17001 -c queen.cisp.co.za

What could the reason for this be?
