I can access YouTube on my laptop and a few local sites. Everything else is dead though. Openserve CPT.

I don't recall having issues on previous Fridays. Or at all generally.

Something also wrong on my end. Connection is there, but no throughput. Seems like DNS issues or something. Switched to my VOX account, running perfectly fine. Something definitely wrong with Openserve somehwere

I don't use Cool Ideas' DNS, so it shouldn't be the issue.

Lost internet connection using Cool Ideas and the Cool Ideas Website is also down.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Damnit. Why am I getting the distinct feeling that I've joined some shitty little ISP that can barely keep the lights on. The number of issues I've had on cisp since joining in December is frustrating! Do better guys! Or start losing customers!

I have been with them for two years now and until very recently this wasn't a problem. That said, it has not been pleasant the last two months or so.

First lost DNS. Change to something else. Then modem lost connection and now not authenticating.
