Anyone else having issues with Openserve? I can connect to a openserve guest account but not to my cool ideas account

Logged a support ticket at around 1, no feedback. Call centre closed?

Same issue here, OpenServe & CISP, rebooted my modem on Thursday afternoon - dead afterwards. Luckily my old Afrihost account is still active and that works perfectly, so it's not my setup which is faulty. Located in Bellville

Unplugged 2x yesterday for thunder storms and it was still fine today.

I did that exact thing, and now am stuck with no internet.
