Octotel has gone to the dogs again. It was okay for a few weeks then something happened and now at peak times everything just falls over with increased latency and packet loss. It's not CISP - I'm with a different ISP and seeing the same thing.

Do you also get routed over enetworks with high packet loss or do you only have issues in the evenings?

I have no idea who they are either thats the problem. Periodically I'll get routed over enetworks for whatever reason and it brings with it large amounts of packet loss.

Since Pbcool and therodent have been mum on it I don't know if its normal to be routed over it but whenever I am it brings issues. I have no idea if this is being caused by CISP or Octotel so I wondering if you being on another ISP have had this?
 
I can't even get to Cool Ideas' network status page, nor can I log a ticket.

Deary me. This is frustrating.

I thought it was enetworks too, but I had the same packet loss this morning when being routed over cogentco.
 
They probably working on the issue now, and will report in later when they have a moment.

Some local stuff is working whiles international is mostly dead.

This issue has existed for a couple of weeks now. Perhaps now that it's coming to a head and affecting more people, it'll be addressed.
 
Anyone know how long it takes if u wanna upgrade from a 20/2 to 50/5..sent an.email at 9 am this morning..no answer as yet..
