Our site queries a company that provides the coverage maps, so either them or MTN changes potentially.

After few days of using your service, I'm actually happy with the coolideas services. I'm telling everyone in my neighborhood to cancel their rain,mweb... to join you guys. Keep on providing an excellent service 👏

Anyone else having any issues with Vodacom atm?
My monitoring picked up issues with it, but this is just my backup connection, not actively using it at the moment.

Trace to 1.1.1.1

Hi, I just read through the whole thread. I got this package last week Wednesday and have been testing it to see it if can be my main/only internet connection. I've been testing it by running a 1080p Twitch livestream on the side, which is quite sensitive compared to Youtube or other streaming services which pre-buffer.

I have had problems in the evenings from around 7:30pm to 9:00pm where I can no longer connect and streams stop working. Other than that it works perfectly. I'm getting speeds of about 600Mbps. (on the 50Mbps package).

Going to see if changing the bands helps. Saw someone mention that Rain uses bands 38 and 41 so will try unticking those when the night time problems start again.

Hi, does your internet stop during those times or just not perform? If you have fibre as an option obviously we would recommend you stick to that as your primary.
