Hi

I am down again since 19:16, traces look the same as before where everything stops at 100.99.22.16.

@CoolEscalator I am sure if I reboot enough times it will probably work again, but wont be able to help debug anymore, since I am using this as a backup service I dont mind either way, let me know if you think I should rather just reboot until it works or keep it like this.

@CoolEscalator i am online again, not sure if it's changes you guys made or if its luck.

Edit: And down again, it came back for a minute or so, it has gone from being completely down to now being up/down every few minutes.

Nope, sounds about right,
So seems its software related, and we at least know what the cuase is now.
We are planning a permanent fix soon , but have made preventative changes to avoid this in the meantime
 
Not sure if related to the above. Some sites working very slow. Others seem fine for me. Speedtest doesn't work.

For the last 15mins or so.

This is likely unrelated. As the above would be No connection impact.
Would you mind doing a reboot of the device and check to see if there is any improvement?

It has gone from being hard down to very intermittent now, but the fact that its gone from hard down to intermittent now means you guys are probably looking in the right place :)

Speed test not working for me either. It was working a few hours ago as I did a check earlier. YouTube does appear to be working. Will do more checks in a few minutes.

Speedtest was working fine but now I am offline ! Upload was a bit slower than usual. Will try a reboot ! The online games that I play on AliExpress were also working fine before I went offline !

EDIT: Seem to be back online for the moment !

I'm assuming these routers are not network locked and can be used with any network once your contract is finished?
