Couple assaulted at KFC drive-through

"...it's not supposed to be like this... [hysterical, emotional sobbing ]...Listen, LISTEN, LISTEN, **** YOU MOTHER****ER, **** you, jy moet hou op, jy moet hou op [clapping hands], Listen, Listen , Listen [holds hands above her head] LISTEN! [repeated 5x]... No! No! No guys, [in a high pitched voice, arms outstreched] it's not supposed to be like this, ... it's not supposed to be like this [sobbing], ...it's not supposed to be like this, [turns her back on her audience, arms outstretched]..."

From my over ten years' experience as a policeman (which crackersa should please note was not during apartheid), most of the time it's these drama queens with their emotions, screaming, fainting and shouting that stir men up to do some really nasty stuff.

The message received by 90% of the male population: " I'm in terrible trouble, listen to me, LISTEN TO ME, I'm important, I'm HYSTERICAL! I'm more important than anyone else. I'm crying -- LOOK HERE! ... I'm innocent....Listen!... LOOK WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME. Look how HELPLESS I am! I'm hysterical! THESE ARE REAL TEARS! Do what I say! DO IT NOW! Can't you hear me? LISTEN to me!"

If you're a cop, charged with taking control of such a scene, it is in fact pretty easy, but I won't tell you how it's done, because the vast majority of you haasmanne wouldn't understand. :crylaugh:
 
If the victims are in this second video, and it's after the attack, then the only injury I could see is to their pride. Sure, queue was getting every one irritated, people started hooting, okes got a bit riled up, and there may have been a scuffle. But it definitely doesn't look like anyone there had the **** beaten out of them by 6 hooligans, or is it just me?

3 of 5 KFC assault accused apply for bail

Pretoria – Three of the five men accused of assaulting a couple at a KFC in Pretoria applied for bail in the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.

They claimed the couple, a husband and wife, were the aggressors.

Stephan Nel, 39, Marius Harding, 23, DJ van Rooyen, 21, Ockert Muller, 20, and Joshua Scholtz, 21, are facing charges of attempted murder, assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm, and pointing a firearm. They allegedly attacked a black couple at a KFC drive-through in Montana last week.

On Thursday, the court heard that Harding abandoned his bid for bail. He had an outstanding warrant of arrest for theft. Muller was granted bail earlier this week. Nel, Scholtz, and Van Rooyen applied for bail.

JC Erasmus, for Van Rooyen, read an affidavit into record in which he claimed the couple attacked him.

Van Rooyen said he had ordered his food and was told it would take some time. While waiting, the husband got out of his car and confronted him.

The couple was parked behind him and the other accused were in a car behind them. The accused state they did not know each other and did not act as one group.

Erasmus said a security guard told the husband to get back into his car. The man’s wife told him to do the same.

After the first assault, which Van Rooyen said he was not part of, both the husband and wife began punching Muller.

"At that point I intervened and hit him (the husband) with clenched fists," Van Rooyen said.

Erasmus said the evidence would show the accused were not racist and that the couple were the aggressors. He said Van Rooyen was arrested after he drove to the Sinoville police station to open a case against the couple.

No violent behaviour

Schultz said he had no history of violent behaviour.

"I respectfully aver that I do not have a disposition to violence or that there is any past evidence of such a disposition to violence. As my evidence will show at trial, I was not the aggressor in the situation," his lawyer Francois Kriel read from his affidavit.

JJ Bornman, for Nel, said his client had many medical conditions and he had a mild heart attack when he was 30.

"Stressful situations, in particular my incarceration, are life threatening to me," Bornman read from Nel’s affidavit.

Van Rooyen and Scholtz said they were not linked to other cases of assault, as Police Minister Fikile Mbalula had alleged on Twitter.

The State opposed bail, due to public outrage and the perception that the assault was racially motivated. Prosecutor Ronnie Sibanda said witnesses, who worked at the KFC, were scared.

Magistrate Motlhoki Rapulana postponed the bail application to August 18.

The problem with these "black priveliged" aka blacks with tenderpreneur money is that they have become very arrogant these days and always look for the race card cos they are still insecure in their lives.

They have no inherent integrity and class.

All they have is money and try to "upclass" themselves by buying expensive cars and clothes which often they cannot eventually afford.
This is why they used the idea of "poor white with a corolla" as a defense mechanism cos "rich black with an AMG 63" is all that they have to go for.
 
EXCLUSIVE: KFC assault accused allegedly beat petrol attendants, called them the K-wo

Pretoria – One of the five men accused of assaulting a couple at a KFC in Pretoria, allegedly assaulted petrol pump attendants and called them the K-word.

However, police said he never answered to the charges in Petrus Steyn in the Free State and instead moved to Johannesburg.

Last week, Marius Harding, 23, abandoned his bid for bail in the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court for the assault of the couple in the KFC incident.

The court also heard that Harding had an outstanding warrant of arrest.
News24 can now reveal that Harding was arrested in 2014 for alleged assaulting three petrol pump attendants at a fuel station in the small town of Petrus Steyn. Harding, who was 19 at the time, appeared in court alongside Jordaan Barend, 18, and Winston Brinklow, 23. The trio, who worked for a construction company at the time, appeared in court on the same day as their arrest on June 17, 2014.

The case was then postponed to June 20, 2014, for a formal bail application, and all three accused were released on bail. The bail amount was not stipulated in the docket.

Went to the KFC drive-through in Bedfordview on a Friday night once. Was on the way home from a late night at the office, so decided to go the "convenient" route. Took about 20mins to get to the order window.

Cashier: "I'm sorry we don't have chicken."
Me: "You're Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. What do you mean you don't have chicken?!"
Cashier: "Sorry, we ran out."
Me: "When?!"
Cashier: "2hrs ago."
Me: "So why the **** don't you have a sign at the DT entrance saying that so that people don't sit in the queue for nothing?!" What I wanted to say, and a lot more colourful things, but I'd already driven off.

If things like that don't make someone beat a mother****er with another mother****er, then I don't know what will...

The KFC at Bedford Centre is S CHIT ! Useless would be an aspiration for this lot. I have driven away from there 3 times without getting something because it was "sold out". I vow NEVER AGAIN Colonel Sanders NEVER AGAIN!
