Cellc 3g coverage

I am happy now i have 3g, no more edge for me.

I also have hspa/hsdpa now. At the cell c store they just changed my settings.

I bought r15 airtime, used it to purchase 100mb data and got another r15 weekend airtime. Used that for data as well.

Affectively got 200mb data for r15.

Cell c for the future.

I did the exact same last month when my inadequate Vodacom bundle ran out.
The moment I find the giga200 deal for R1800 I'm buying it.

CellC has great deals for low and high bandwith users and a OOB dolphin.
 
Coverage Map?

Cell C how often is Cell C 3G coverage map updated?

Why I ask is, we got Cell C 3G in August this year, but the Coverage Map shows no coverage.

If you are on cell-edge, you shouldn't be on the coverage map, as map covers only good reception area. The same is in my area. Not official coverage, but getting stable connection and decent speeds.

BTW, LTE trial started right now, expect maps will be updated.

Edit: Now map shows all area covered.

I see on voda coverage map that my whole area has 3g/lte except our complex. If you type address in you will see what i mean. 58 Wandel Ave woodmead Sandton. How can we go about getting this area covered?. All i get at home is edge :(.

Hi also trying Cell C as an alternative. Somewhere I read that Cell C has an roaming agreement with vodacom. Is that for 3G as well? Let me give some details to my probelm: Area: Boskop (north west), Available networks: MTN 2G, Vodacom 2G & Vodacom 3G. No Cell C!. Am I not suppose to use the vodacom 3G? Roaming on Vodacom's 2G works, but so sloooow.
 
I am experiencing frequent BBM issues in the Rosslyn area north of Pretoria. It is a BB 9300 with 6.0 Bundle 2475 loaded. I also have frequent "no cellular signal" on my iPad with a Cell C sim. I do not think the issue is the phone or iPad since everything works when home in Centurion.

I am wanting to subscribe to this service but according to the coverage map it literally stops across the street from me. Area is Evander

If I put a beefier antenna will it suffice or am I bound to DSL forever

Also, if people on the end of coverage maps can chime in, please do so

A Cell-C rep answer would be nice too /please @Cell_C
