How did that cry baby get MoM and not Panesar? :wtf:

Yes, I know he scored a century, but a 5-for and and 6-for made the difference.

Pujara has really impressed. His temperament is awesome and looks like he'll be a mainstay. Kohli & Raina possibly too?
KP can turn any game on its head. Always a pleasure to watch even if we love to hate him some of the time.

I can't wait to see Mohamed Amir come back for the Pakis. 3 years till his ban is served.

Angelo Mathews has matured as a player since being given captaincy. He could become a formidable all rounder in time.
Steyn is reaching toward being legendary, but still has moments when he looks quite flat.

Narine from the Windies looks to be full of talent.

So the future isn't completely empty of prospective greats.
 
Crossing fingers & toes he can make another big one.

What was so one-eyed about the writers remarks

sounds like Prior took a difficult catch.

And that is stumps and concludes a fine day for England. They lost the toss and India got off to a fine start on what looked a pretty flat pitch at 80 for 1, the wicket being a run out. But a combination of poor shot selection and James Anderson's fine performance with the older, reverse-swinging ball saw England pick up regular wickets and close the day in a good position. India had Gautam Gambhir and Sachin Tendulkar showing good form but failed to develop any major partnerships and will be disappointed.

Yup, and so he did, but I have been following and reading commentary on CricInfo for years now. When Alex Winter comments on games involving the English, his comments tend to be biased.

I am sorry if I offended you CHURCHILL; that's sincere :o

I easily get really passionate and rattled by some of Winter's comments. It is my understanding that the commentary should be unbiased and fair to both sides. He doesn't always get it right.
