Have we ever done well in Paarl? I mean it's like an 'away' game for most of the guys yet we keep going there and coming unstuck.

p.s. I'll still admit to being a supporter :D

Sorta, Newlands pitch was being relaid, but it is sorted now.
So it's back to normal.

But they like to spread the games between Paarl and Newlands, not sure exactly why, but it's probably the agreement between the 2 places.

I don't actually follow the Cobra's local play, but just thought I'd vent my frustration at my brother now going to every match at Newlands match and being seated in the Player's suite! Grrrr
Guess who doens't get to tag along?

Got this bit of lovely information from my lovely sources..

Cobras have pulled in the biggest crowds out of all games around the country. You can tell people that too. YEAH…

HAHA @ rest of teams!

I'm starting to hate GIBBS more and more with every game he plays!

"0" in 1 20/20 game and "6" runs in another 20/20 game.

Why do SA bother with this guy!
God only knows!

I want to buy tickets for Sunday's game.
Where is the best place?
Can I go to Newlands cricket ground today and get, or do I need to get via computicket?

You can't do it via computicket for some reason.

You can call the Newlands ticket office on (021) 657 20 43 to book tickets.

I suggest getting to Newlands very early on Sunday as that place fills up super fast for Pro20 games - if you get grass tickets - don't expect to get good seats if you get there by the time the game has started.

I'm going at 1pm! :) (Gates open at 1pm)

Need 5 tickets in the grandstand, shall get my a$s over there this afternoon.

After their last performance....tickets should be free ;)

I agree to some extent.

They're a damn good team - they should not be getting scores of 88... it's pathetic!

They should get scores of 200+ and then defend them well... but I think the Warriors are playing very well this season.

With regards to the Warriors - WATCH THIS SPACE!

I'm man enough to admit when my team plays KARK and they did play KARK the other day.

Rumors have it (via my sources) that there is alot of stress going on in the Cobras camp due to performances and being fired etc but yeah.

I just hope they come right and play well and win the game TODAY and SUNDAY.

Would be nice to see more games at Newlands especially games like Semi Finals / Finals!

So close, but no ciger.

With one ball to go and five runs needed, how the @#$% does a bowler bowl a ball that can be hit for 6? I mean really.
