Got an email:

Dear Ho3n3r,

We apologise for the erroneous automated email sent from our new billing engine. This was as a result of human error. Please ignore the very latest email pertaining to reminders and deposits and accept our apologies for it having been sent. The email in question would have read like incoherent gibberish and was intended for training purposes internally. It would have read as follows:

Hello Ho3n3r, Your deposit: R0.00 < R10.00 We create invoices for services every 1 day of month, and you have to pay it to 5 day of month. Please, make payment

We will send further communication later today about our new billing engine and its features.

Personal opinion - they have moved from being a great small startup where the client the priority to a larger company focused on the bottom line. We have seen this quite a few times now
 
Can anyone please give me the link for the Crystal Mobile Data menu option:

I can't click on it for some reason... yet other menu options work.
 
Is anyone getting usage reports?

I'm totally blind with regards to that right now, have not gotten one in around two weeks

Also getting mine everyday.

But the billing is a mess. I have to wait to tomorrow when the person from Live Chat talked to Management about my account.
 
I paid my invoice payday already, as usual. Now they have this stupid new reference, and sent me my invoice again, with the balance still at R628.

If I had a warning to wait for a new reference, that'd be fine, but as usual they just winged it and hoped it caused no issues.
