Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

I know it's been mentioned before but I really am in no mood to page hunt - cancellation form link please someone, I'm not finding it due to my pissedoffness (bite me)

I am growing similar emotions at the moment. I had videos buffering on 144p last night. Luckily fibre should be ready by the end of the month.

... thank you!

... it's ridiculous hey :( But you're lucky to have fibre on the way though, much envy

It's probably the only thing keeping me calm at the moment. I'll PM you my last conversation I had with one of them, as I called them out on it and the person acted like I was being unreasonable. 4 weeks later, and I've still not been proven wrong.

Cancellation submitted. Had enough of this crap.

Trust me its worth it. On CiSP from last night and I can actually work again. I do not mind being unable to play for time to time, but its not cool when I can't sysadmin and or develop.

Best of luck for rest of you. I am out.

And this is on a 20/20 fibre line. Happens every 20 minutes or so. Then goes back to normal. Can't game like this.

I believe there's been an upsurge in the ddos volume :(

DDOS again???? I asked them yesterday if there was still DDOS happening. Oh no. Nothing. If they are going to ask me to switch the vumatel box and the router off for 10 minutes again I am going to explode.

#15 in the support queue for the past 20 minutes..........such ***** support lately.............

I got to the chat support. He simply said "Hi there" and kicked me to the back of the queue (Position 20). I only had a link to the speed test (0.3 mpbs) and a description of the issue. No rudeness or snarkyness.

Well I switched from my WA, because you know CW makes you use other ISP's for gaming, and CW is literally dead as a door nail. Nothing at all loading. Glad I'm done tbh.

Switched over now to my vox account and connected again. No throughput for me with my CW credentials

Sigh, this is now turning into a bit of a mess.
