crystal web vuma fiber help round 3!

Sup guys!

Internet just randomly died last night. Was busy streaming archer and it just died. Checked in the router and no addys were being assigned. Reset the router and nada.
Reset cpe and nada.

Crystalweb support has been awesome as usual but we can't seem to figure it out.

I've email vuma support and busy waiting reply.

Could all you fiber guys do me a favour and see if your blue power led on the CPE is static or blinking.

Mine is blinking and I'm pretty sure it used to be static.

Let's hope we defeat these gremlins

I think my CPE is vrot. Power led is just constantly flashing blue.

Hopefully vuma replies soon unless the cold weather puts them off
 
Vuma just replied. Confirmed my link is down and that the CPE is the issue.

Which is kinda funny because if you guys have read my previous posts where I had issues, it was a back and forth between vuma and crystal.

During this time my brother always said " I have a feeling its the CPE, maybe not now but eventually it's going to give problems ", not even 2nd month of usage and CPE is giving issues.

Hopefully it gets replaced by today

Flashing Blue also means fibre break FYI, we dont have many CPE replacements but it does happen. Most of the time it's due to a firmware update failure or PSU failure.
