When I look at a hooker like Chiliboy Ralaphelle honestly in my opinion he isn't better than his white counterparts in the SA team. He just isn't a good hooker. He is in the South African squad but I think he is an embarrassment to the green and gold. Not because he is black/coloured/whatever but because he is a crap player. When he comes on the game visibly degrades as far as I can see. On the other hand players like Beast definitely improve the game. He is an awesome player far better than any of these youngsters fielded in his place when he is off recovering from an injury or being rested. Beast deserves to be there. Chiliboy doesn't.

Look at the Sharks backline. Ndungane has been there for ages and knocks on practically every time he gets the ball. His positional play in yesterday's game against the Cheetahs was good but that is an exception, not the norm. Mvovo on the other hand is great especially considering how new he is to that squad. Ndundane has been there for ages and despite all the effort that has been put into him to make him a great player he STILL sucks. Get him off the field. Not because he is black but because he is a bad player. Keep Mvovo not because he is black but because he is a good player.

Stop seeing colour and start seeing good and bad players.
