Currie Cup too white - ABSA

You are not vocal. You are a sheep. Djtay, why are you bickering here? Your government failed you? They are in charge. It has been 16 years. Tell them you want 90% black rugby across the board at all levels - now - as in immediately! Why are they waiting?

Answer my question or did you only grew a conscience after 1994?

No I'm asking why you consider it racist to give deserving white players a chance.

To me all I see is talent. I don't see white, I don't see black I just see good or bad. I don't understand why you can't see the same. In fact I view soccer in the same way. Yes most of the players are black but I don't really care as long as they are all good then f**k race.

I don't consider giving white players a chance racist. Where did I say that?

Where is the black players we see during the craven week, U19,U21 World Cups? Are blacks just genetically predisposition-ed to suck at rugby past 20 years of age?

So is today's rant because you feel inferior about your race, or because you feel inferior because of your minute penis?

I have no idea. What I'm asking is why do you see a player as black or white or coloured or Indians? In fact that is a good point you want to talk about black under representation what about INDIANS! I don't recall even a single Indian player.

I don't get it though. Why don't you see a good or bad player? Why do you see a white or black player? Why do you look at everybody's race? Why are you obsessed with it? I don't have a problem with the huge amount of black folks in soccer. It doesn't bother me because I don't see black people I see South Africans. Why do you see black and white people? What makes you so different to me? What made your outlook centre around race like this?

Nothing. Where are they at CC and Super14 level?

They are top of the log in Division 1 and will be in the CC next season. Is this not what transformation is about?

Another example is what I posted earlier regarding the Club championships.

I do NOT support tokenism, which appears to be your goal.

There was a guy. He was good but not good enough. At U21 level. Can't recall his name though. Flyhalf. Asians are definitely lacking. Also, the black players often aren't really black, they are half-white or half-black. I'm not sure how these percentages work or how the colour is being determined.

I really don't. You won't find a bigger Bok supporter than me I can assure you. Why is it so much to ask to have a more representative merit Bok team?

I think it is automatically assumed that all people that are x% black want to be called black because to be called white would be an insult? Not sure, hard to follow the racist mentality sometimes.

Because it is an oxymoron. You either run on merit or you run on representation. You either choose based on nothing but skill and take the consequences of that or you choose based upon race and ensure representation. To ask for both is just plain insanity. Which do you want: Choice based upon merit alone or choice based upon fulfilling demographic representation (this includes coloureds, Indians, Chinese folks, Japanese folks etc. because remember it doesn't just work that way for black people). Pick one. You cannot have both governing your player selection system.

You claim you don't but all you do is rant about race. We have one of the greatest rugby teams of the planet if that isn't an indication of merit I don't know what is. Stop seeing race and start seeing talent.

It's not, but forced quota's are not the right way to go about it.

Well, I once phoned to buy shares. Was told I don't qualify because I am white (via telephone). I guess the racist regime even has racial voice recognition technology. Adolf Hitler would be proud.

I don't support tokenism. Why is giving a black player a token in your opinion?

It is calculated and manipulated around numbers. It is a demand for transformation. It is not based on merit. It is enforced. It is racist. It is sick.
