I have a 20gig capped account with night rider and it is a rip off!! Max 70Gig a month and R37 per gig to top up???

and for the extra R99 a month to super size is useless?? when a 2Mb and 4Mb line will never use near 1Tb in a month doing only night time downloading. (Wish i had a 10Mb line:cry:)

Cybersmart has fallen behind, web africa has a way better capped account deal!

So good bye cybersmart and Hello AFRIHOST!! NW must just wait the jail period!!! (Cybersmart you so desperate to hold customers)

Where CyberPig:sick:.... guess the other isps chased him away.

I would really like to know how other cybersmart or ex cybersmart clients feel.

20 gig capped is R119 and night rider is R25. For R144 you are getting 70 gigs, which is just over R2 a gig. That sounds pretty damn good if you ask me.

You knew exactly how much bandwidth you would be assigned when you signed up. How is Cybersmart at fault here?

If anything that's one of the best capped deals out there.

Moans about Cybersmart, then says Web Africa has the best deal but wants to move over the Afrihost.

I smell a rat.

Hmmmmm R285 for 2Mb with line + R25 for night rider = R309.... So eg. 15gig just for night rider use = 75Gig and 5gig for the month.

Where Web Africa is R349 for 2Mb with line and 60gig day time and 60gig night time = 120gig!!! nearly double for R40 more.

So how can that be the best capped deal? and you dont know how much data you going to use during the day. so you might never reach that amount fromcybersmart

The WebAfrica Capped bandwidth is being shaped! As far as I know the Cybersmart Capped BW is unshaped.

You sing WA's praises, and then state you are moving to AH.

Since when does 1+1=3 ???

Cybersmart: R383/month - 70GB + 1000GB night (including 2Mbps line)
Web Africa: R349/month - 60GB + 60GB night (including 2Mbps line)

Depends on your needs. I don't see that Cybersmart have a bad deal there at all. Plus:

The WebAfrica Capped bandwidth is being shaped! As far as I know the Cybersmart Capped BW is unshaped.

You could get the 100gb 2mbps for R514. If that's too much, then you'll have to use an ISP where bandwidth hogs are subsidized.

I am with Cybersmart and I pay the ~R600 because I like getting 100% of the line speed most of the time. I'd rather stay with an ISP that has sustainable pricing, rather than one where bandwidth hogs are subsidized. Although t would be nice for the 100gb cap to become cheaper.
