Hi guys
Just a quick rant...
Right - we know Cybersmart loves Seacom and when Seacom goes down so does Cybersmart (if you are a normal customer and not using a restored package).
That I can live with .. what I find annoying is :
1) Their support page does not show any message about Seaom (as in this morning)
2) To get rid of their "browsing block" on international sites ... you have to reset your router, surely if you have the brains to redirect international traffic to the "No Access" page, you should be able to switch that off remotely too!
Lastly .. checking the Seacom graphs .. I can't see a single break in activity for the last 2 days at least .. so I'd LOVE for Cybersmart to sell me .. sorry .. tell me that Seacom was down.
