More about the cut / don't cut of some eTV channels from DStv - turns out it's being argued legally!

Just based on how many channels MC has dropped over the last couple of years and how many useless test channels are "in use", I would say their argument is likely BS.
But who knows why eMedia even have an argument, it was just a private contract for these extra channels...

DStv only has space for 11 more channels — if it cuts four from E-tv
MultiChoice has hit back at eMedia’s arguments over satellite bandwidth capacity being a reason for the Pay-TV broadcaster dropping four E-tv channels from its DStv bouquets.
Just based on how many channels MC has dropped over the last couple of years and how many useless test channels are "in use", I would say their argument is likely BS.
