Decisions- Openweb Special + Telkom Problems

As posted before telkom has decided to set my installation date for line at 41 working days (put order in mid feb and they scheduled it for beginning april)

I want the openweb afterhours 1mb line so I can torrent like a fiend.

Do I 1: Get the special now before it ends and pay for an account I dont use
2: Wait for line and hope for other specials

Keeping in mind after the landline i still have to wait for an ADSL line-

I want to go picket outside telkoms offices in CT

What do you guys think

If you get the Openweb special now I think it only becomes active 1st April. So you should be fine.
 
Just got hold of "Dan" at openweb - apparently its active immediately and no Pro-rata so you pay full fees for the month of March- wierd policy.

not really, they resell products and the policy comes with it. They dont have a choice really, unless they wanna make a loss on the product
 
Well that means 800 - for a product I'll only start using mid april - basically destroys the "discount" realistically though this is telkoms mess
