For normal Vitality members, does this format still continue after the 15th December?
Do our rewards also expire then?
And the Drive rewards for members who are on Vitality but not Insure clients?

I notice the Drive/Insure section on my Disco app has disappeared under the Rewards section (I am a Vitality member but not a Disco Insured client).
 
Quick question

I got an email saying my tracker is defective and need to have it replaced. Who do I email regarding lost vitality Rewards coins because of a defective tracker?

haha, yes! It was a horrible app. What I did was install it on a spare phone. Would only turn the phone on (no simcard installed) when I wanted to "record" my 100km. Once my 100km were achieved, I connected the phone to office or home wifi, let it update/sync and then turn phone off again.

My car has a bluetooth car kit built in and I also use the bluetooth for music from my phone to car audio (spotify). I also noticed more battery drain from that app. I avoided "phone distraction" penalties when my passenger was replying to messages etc on my handset while I was driving.

I noticed my battery life also took a huge hit since installing the insure app. Riding with it until the end of this week just to make sure things are definitely over and then going to uninstall. I struggled to get my phone to charge to 100% while in car when I never ever had those problems before.
 
I asked about the Vouchers for Yuppiechef, you can use 2 vouchers at once it seems, I nearly got a fright when I bought the first one and it said only one voucher per order.

FWIW - if it were just free gym (i.e. subsidised with payback for completing goals) for myself and the wife, it would be worth it for me. The other stuff is sugar on top that I use occasionally but I'm not hung up on it.

Miss the guaranteed smoothie though, I'm a cheapskate so I usually just get PnP / Clicks vouchers for stuff that I was going to buy anyway.

I never could work out how to maximise my eBucks. I find Discovery Miles so much easier, even though you have to pay for it.
 
Anyone able to redeem a loot R250 voucher? I logged a ticket on the Vitality website and some genius replied to me about syncing workouts, completely not what I was asking

At R1 earned for every R150 spent(lowest tier) its just very difficult to make back the R400odd annual fee.
After I went over it, I don't spend money at their partners who give you multiplier bonuses based on your vitality status.
The R400 fee is the limiting factor.
Things may change with Discovery bank depending on what they offer.
