When you have only a single diamond and it expires, do you get another diamond or do you get a random pick on the board?

You will get another play the week after it expires

So the expiry notification of my single diamond was for the week ending Friday 13 September. The week after, ending 20 September, I didn't get an extra play. Time for me to log a query?

edit: 25 September, I just got the extra play a few minutes ago, , so 2 weeks after the diamond expiry date.

still using my old discovery cc, linked to my life policy, will try and hold out till the last moment - eB's for me is a system I understand better and the odd bit of hoop jumping does not negate the damn awesome benefits.

I thought they will migrate people when needed. So I’m still on the old cc and will remain there will they move me.

"2019-09-25 : Points Delay
Some members will experience a delay with the allocation of points for their qualifying device workouts. We are working on this and your points will be allocated once the issue has been resolved. Apologies for the delay."

They put up a notice for 25 September, there is a points delay for fitness devices.

Edit: My Fitbit workout and 300 points now reflecting on Discovery's side as at 1h30am Thursday

Has anyone received their Active rewards Health goal reward points (coins) for health checks? Mine shows 45 points earned for 4 out of 5 health checks completed but this hasnt been added to my rewards points total yet.

I think I did receive mine only 3 of 5 goals, I'm sure I noticed it went up by like 25 or so. It would be nice to have some breakdown of it showing the points earned and redeemed

Suunto integration (for me, at least) seems to be very broken. No more step points, and most activities are not being synced. I'm logging them all manually.

Yeah there was also a Suunto related notification on the 25th in addition to the general notification they posted.

Wow, i loggeg a query with Vitality this evening and now for some reason they are using my work email instead of my personal one when sending their 'Query Logged' autoreply email.

Then when i want to check what details they have for me they sent the OTP to my personal email and requesting that before i could proceed. Talk about confused

I think gymbooster has fallen away, unless you have bank. I didn't receive mine last month. Not sure about the other two though
