So I have the bank, but haven't moved to the new gym booster benefit - It also has problems from what I have heard. I spoke to a rep yesterday and they said the gym booster cash back is a known problem and should be resolved soon for anyone that didn't receive it last month - me.

So the old Vitality gymbooster should still be working? Or we should at least be getting cashbacks sometime?

Yup according to the rep I spoke to.

Look the bank requires you switch you gym debit order to them, but up until very recently the bank hasn't been taking new clients on board and I think its still staggered.

Your gym however wont let you switch a debit order after the 25th so as far as I am concerned they at least need to pay us these past two months. Also I will keep asking for it until they send a notification its being discontinued, like everything else.

Also the new bank booster apparently cant be paid as they haven't added that functionality - I assume it will be paid in miles.

Do we still get Vitality points for getting an annual eye test done at Optometrist, or did that fall away? Or was it points for Glaucoma screening I am thinking about?
 
Looking for blood pressure and sugar checkers that connect via bluetooth or wifi to either

1. iphone or
2. samsung health app
3. Huawei health app or
3. google fit at least.
 
Challenge with Samsung Health is that although they show compatibility with the xiaomi smart scale, its not.

So cant rely on devices Samsung Health app shows as compatible.

My Saturday parkrun also not showing, so I used the claim your points facility on the website, hopefully they fix it today
 
Mine too. Logged a query for it, but luckily managed to keep my heart rate at 138 for a 30 minute run last night, so I got the 300 points I needed.
 
I am pulling my hair out trying to link my Garmin Connect profile to Vitality. I just get error 500 screens all the time. Anyone else having the same problem?
 
Read back a few pages. Has anyone activated the new gym booster? From what they say before we activate it, we have to be debited the full gym fee each month and then get cashback. As opposed to only being debited 25% of the monthly fee like now. I'm on 75% gym discount and have both Diamond Status for Health and Bank.

I don't want to activate gym booster and have to do something extra to maintain that 75% discount which I get now by default.
