Discovery Vitality [2019]

I was really excited for Le Creuset vouchers and am so upset they are no longer in the shop. Does anybody know of a work around? Like vouchers for stores that stock them or stores in the same group?
 
Try the WhatsApp service and ask to speak to a consultant took about 30 mins till someone came back got my points within 5 mins I was impressed
What's the what's app number.... Or is there a specific way to join discovery what's app?
 
Oh damn this whatsapp support thing works brilliant.

Within less than 5 minutes getting my issue sorted out.

That is a record...especially for discovery support!

Yip I was impressed, they said their bank and vitality money will eventually also have WhatsApp support but once the beta testing is complete for now it's only vitality

Really? Was hoping to also use it in the future if I need hospital authorizations done, which is annoying on the phone.

@Tinuva I think the bot is for more information about products etc but in terms of have a live agent is only for vitality (If I understand correctly)

Yuppiechef sell LC and there are R250 Yuppiechef vouchers at the moment. I think the Yuppiechef ones can be combined to pay for larger purchases, not 100% sure though. They work in-store and online.

Is your goal not updating anywhere? Mine is complete on the landing page but not the active rewards page. Sent an email on Monday so they should be looking into it.

Mine is around 39km, i have driven more than 100km of good driving. Hopefully updates before Saturday!
 
3rd diamond today, need another 150 points to be able to afford the Cape Union voucher before one of them drops off :sneaky:

Hi All,

New to this discovery thing so need a bit of clarity.

1. The Whatsapp support above is just a bot? - Scratch that. Saw the above post.
2. Parkrun/Gym have no updated since Saturday. Is this normal?
3. Bank goals have not updated since I activated my card, which has been a while now. Is it done monthly?
4. Drive goals also take time to update. Does it have to be a 5 star rating for everything in order to be considered a counted trip if I have the smartphone enabled one or can it be a 4 or 5 star rated trip overall to be counted?
5. How does the fuel rewards work? I have seen some people saying they are emailing Discovery slips and stuff? Surely it gets logged onto the card when you swipe at the garage?
6. How on green earth did you get 3 diamonds in 1 day???
