I tired to use the whatsapp chat this morning (7:22) and got an "all our agents are busy"

Discovery are such an incompetent company its actually exhausting. I submitted a HealthyDining claim yesterday 26/01, for food I ate 26/01. I got a response this morning - sorry this request has failed as it was submitted after 24hrs - it wasn't and yes I did check the slip again which states 26Jan'20 11:52.

Exactly the same problem I have. They said I submitted mine 4 days later. Waiting for a reply from the consultant.

Same issue for a meal consumed and receipt submitted on the 17th. Had to log a query and send them a scanned copy of the receipt - again.
 
Do you need an iphone to activate the apple watch benefit?? No option appears on my android.

Just for the record after my two day wait I got an email saying they will log a inquiry, to which I can expect a response in another 3-5 days. Obviously doesn't mean it will be resolved, just funny how they delay everything until you give up.
 
They need to remove this "well respond within 3-5 days" cause they no longer do that . my bank query has been O going for 1 . month. My healthy food basket goal been ongoing for 2 weeks

There are supposed to be 4. I queried it last week. This week I have 4. I suppose my 4th one this week is from last week. And so it continues...
 
Also the max miles you can get now per play is only 95? No more 300!

I didn't get my bonus play from last week, and this week I didn't achieve 3.
