Thanks for the repliedt, I did look at the help and didn't see it as an issue. I usually but not always receive it same day as my shoe booster sometimes following day but never 3 days or more later.

I've only received cashback of R75 so far this month. Should be close to R 1000
 
So made a purchase today at sportsmans warehouse today, the tag said VIT but the till slip didn't show VIT , Im assuming then I dont get the cash back? because i have had similar issues with Pick n Pay, where the price with barcode displayed on the shelf had the Vitality logo but my tillslip didnt have and I never got the cash back, and when I complained all they tell me is they update their products but the store hasnt updated their labels

so with todays purchase i am thinking the same happened?
 
Sportsman's warehouse is healthy gear. Did you swipe your healthy gear card, is the benefit active? You can only get one healthy gear per 2 years, unless I am Mistaken?

Your confused about healthy gear... Thats watch or running shoes

But you do get a percentage back on certain items at sportsmans

Before Discovery Bank you could convert 1.2 Discovery Miles to 1 Voyager mile. That was poor value in my opinion. What do you want to do with Voyager miles, book on SAA?

If you convert Discovery Miles to cash it’s 12 miles to R1. Poor value in my opinion. Takealot should be much better - even better than 10:1

I bought from Sportsman’s Warehouse twice in Jan and both times there was no VIT on the receipt. Yet all items were healthy gear items. I can’t confirm if I got the cash back. Too many confusing parts to keep track of it. Will be better when they move to giving the cashback in Discovery Miles as it should happen in real time. Similar thing happened with one of my Woolies purchases. Label on shelf said VIT but receipt didn’t show it. Very frustrating.

Yeah if only we could see online what our purchases were and if we got the cash back.who knows how many products I've bought that I may loosing out on

Did anyone get a notification on their phone from Discovery? I clicked on it, but then it went straight to the Discovery app so not sure what it said. Something about bonus points ...

Same.. their stupid app just goes to the login screen and doesnt show the msg. Yeah it was something about a million points
