That's really annoying. Mine was also giving errors for a while but worked this morning. There was an app update this morning. Not sure if that made a difference.
 
App has decided to allocate me zero points for a 30min+/80% HR run (Garmin). It's even captured the activity. So dumb.
 
I did a 2100 points event on Sunday (duathlon). Points were awarded for the activity on my points monitor, but my active rewards points for the week is sitting at 0...
 
I would not stress about the points not calculated thing,it usually gets sorted out.
 
My colleague has the same with park run and Saturday. They told her it should be fixed by the weekend. Otherwise contact them and tell them to recalculate
 
Is the Banking app as problematic with transactions as their points allocation and other cashbacks? I'm concerned that if it requires as much work as with getting points allocated that some of the bank transactions might also disappear?
 
Anyone come right with querying the healthy dining transactions? Feels like it’s a lost cause

So I spend R600 on nappies and I am at 43% earn rate for dischem, that's reply I get lol
I spend more then R600 on healthy care, the nappies is the only I that i remember that does qualify.
 
Hi guy, how do I cancel my old Discovery credit card? I tried to send them emails, no response at all.
Does the whatapp thing work on the cancelling on credit card?
Anyone tried before?
