Apologies if this has been asked and answered.

Considering the effects of especially the earlier levels of lockdown, do you think Discovery will reduce the Vitality points required to reach the various levels (e.g. diamond)?

Regarding, "We will be moving your HealthyFood, HealthyCare and HealthyGear cash back payout to a simpler calendar month payout cycle. "

I got awarded 660 vitality points for healthyfood sometime in the last 24 hours, the end of my cycle as if it was still ending on the 20th (new one starting on the 21st). So i wonder then will they payout for healthyfood transactions up to and including the 20th and then will they pay out for the last 11 days of August as well? Or has there been some stuff up and they've missed their own deadline of changing everyone to a calendar month payout cycles?

Since i didn't buy any healthy care or gear by the 20th, personally I'll only know if there's a stuff up by mid September  I did try to buy healthygear online for the last few days but the Sportsmans Warehouse website seems to be borked, unless it was a Chrome issue as it seems to be better behaved on MS Edge.

Speaking of which, has anyone bought any Vitality items from Sportsmans Warehouse lately? Do Vitality items have any sort of indicator on the receipt to indicate that they are Vitality items? Of course the label and website do indicate what i bought are Vitality items but that is still of little comfort.

No, there's no indicator on the slip, but you should still get your HealthyGear cashback.

At Sportsman’s Warehouse Vitality items are marked on the price tag as “ Vit” so that’s how you will ensure it’s vitality.

Almost a month and discovery vitality still haven't sorted out the healthy care.
I applied on 03 August with clicks. Followed up 3 times since and still not resolved.

"Our system's team has confirmed that this issue is a general issue and are working with Clicks and Dischem to get the matter resolved. It is not an isolated issue"

Frustrating!

Same. I'm not buying toiletries until they sort this out. We'll see who breaks first.

I mistakenly changed my HealthyGear partner from TotalSports to Sportsman's Warehouse 3 days ago. I haven't purchased anything from either store this month. What are my chances that Discovery change my partner back? Has this happened to anyone before?

You can change it back by calling them.

Apologies if someone has asked this before.
Say I purchase a R500 voucher for Cape Union Mart on the Discovery App for R375 (25% Discount), and I purchase something for R400, will I receive the R100 back in cash ?

So I'm thinking of joining the gym again.

What is the max cash back you can get from a premier Virgin active membership?

I know with the black account it's up to 90% but what is it if you don't have a black bank account?
