Good morning, is it still morning? Question, what happens to weekly activity goals / points if I have to go for surgery and need to refrain from exercise for 4 weeks?

I have heard there is someone you can email but to be honest when I was recovering from surgery a few weeks back I just did the Virgin Active App Videos.

Nothing you can still go gym and get 100 points and drinking a smoothie inside.

Honestly don't see them changing the goals for surgery etc :(

Hopefully surgery does go well and hopefully discovery paid for it :)

Where do you book from? I want to try this. how do you indicate you a discovery client? or do you have to book from a specific booking site like Kulula?
 
Yes, you go on kulula.
Select discovery vitality, click login and then you use your discovery login details.

Thanks, I guess with the low'ish goals at the moment, the time is ripe. Easy enough to do the 10000 steps and make goals with a day to spare.

Anyone know what the issue might be with Samsung data not syncing with Discovery. Can see the data on the Discovery app but it says not synced and data upload pending. Last successful connection was on 10 Oct.

Does anyone understand when Vitality Good Driving 500 points get allocated? Recently I started getting them on the 20th, then I didn't receive them for a few months on the 20th until I logged queries, and this month when I didn't receive it on the 20th and logged a query, I was told it will only be later in the month. Super confusing... Aside from the fact that I seem to keep having to ask for them...
 
Anyone else having issues with points reflecting from runs using their Apple watch? Last week I did a 10km and my Ave. HR was definitely above 80%, but instead of 300 points reflecting, I received 100 points as it seemed to pick up the steps count and not the HR.
The issue seems to be only with runs when using the Nike NRC App - any ideas?

You have to log workouts with the Workout app on Apple Watch, the NRC app is not compatible with Vitality.

Same issue. Did not get them for June, July, August and had to log a call. Only then were they allocated. Noticed September was not allocated, so logged another call - two weeks later and not even a reply.
 
When will I be awarded? The last time this happened, I didn’t get awarded at all.170B34AD-4F7E-49F8-B3B7-695EFB856AEE.jpeg
