Do these ISP's think they can take us for a fool?

1st its DigiChilli promising and not delivering than it is Screamer promising and delivering crap.:mad:

Let me tell you all that ADSL and especially UNCAPPED/UNLIMITED is a sore point in this country.:mad:

So before anyone else launches a UNCAPPED/UNLIMITED product or any other ADSL product for that matter, get your Sh*T together first.:mad:

And one last thing, most of the people on this forum are lot smarter than the people you employ and than close in your exchanges/server rooms.:)

So do not try to fool us, you are making fools of yourself and will not convince us with the next product you will want to launch.:mad:

It just goes to show - Tier 1 ISP's can only really deliver what they offer!

Very much disapointed firstly in MYBB for just posting a story without any proof & or testing of the service!

Well, they not bound to test the service for you, just inform you about it! But I agree with the op. They brainwash us into thinking 2GB and and forth caps are ok for us!

To hell with them!
 
I think they should rename this thread to "Moan Gatte"

im also disappointed with digichilli and screamer offerings but at least something is happening in the market!!

Also venting your frustration at myBB staff doesn't help either. Its NOT their responsibility to test it for us, only report it
 
The only reason I posted this thread is because representatives of both of these companies read the threads on this forum. :)

We as public and customers have to let them know that we will not settle for B**LLSH*T when it comes to paying for services advertised. :mad:
 
How many BAD reports have we see the last while? A company scamming people! Service providers not being able to deliver what they claim!

Why have reporters just let us all post news then!

If they want us to take what say as fact they then need to make sure they do some research!

Sorry I now look at all the articles here & think how true they are! Not good for a site that is meant to inform us
 
This site has given information beyond the need of any potential customer on both of these companies.

Please read the threads before you complain about this site. It has all the information you may need, and if not than ask the question in a new thread and see what responses you will get. WTF. :mad:
 
They still going through a teething phase. Both related to ip issues.

Chilli has not promised to offer services right now, they said users should only expect them to go live this week. Thus we have nothing complain about.

The Screamer ip issues are a bit of a stuff up, but they apparently fixing it as we speak.

Really, you blowing your top way to early.

Agreed. Both companies have kept us well informed. The problem is people don't read. It's frankly pathetic. :sick:
 
People you are missing the point - we as people that use the site for the information it has - I would expect that the reporters would make sure what they put to print had some facts behind it! if they send out an article that is not true less & less people will use the site! & that would include myself.

They need to be aware of that

I don't say this much but your an idiot! why not go read what the company's are offering & then come back & speak when you have your facts!

Let me explain it to you.

Digichilli has not launched yet. <-------thus no point in complaining

Screamer has launched, but with severe teething problem which are unacceptable. They have offered to cancel the accounts of those who do not want to experience the teething phase. <------- Correct to complain, their network should have been more fully tested.

In principle fair enough, mybb should do more testing and reporting.

The companies should also share this information on their sites.

HAHA - it doesn't really matter IMO.

1) It's too early, and they are working on it as said in that other thread.
2) If you don't like it, then you are not forced to use it. it's just an offer

and most importantly - as long as cheaper offers keep popping up, whether they are crap or not, if enough people leave their ISPs and jump ship, then those ISPs will bring out better offers.

Think about it - if 50% of Mweb customers leave them for a new, super cheap isp (whether or not is has everything you techies need), it will make an impact, and cause more competition.

just because it's not perfect yet, doesn't mean they aren't doing good.

everyone can thank afrihost, digichilli, and screamer for causing the next price war, whether you use them or not, and whether they are shaped or not, etc...
