I also agree that this thread is becoming a moanfest.
I have unshaped ADSL, with a 3GB cap. Compare that to a standard iBurst package, and you'll see why I have very little reason to complain at present. Sure the cap can be bigger but, if I had all-I-can-eat ADSL I'd have to buy hard drives all the time and there's only so much time in the day to work with the stuff I download.

At least all the moaners can congregate here and try and impress each other with how clever they think they are.
Unfortunately on an "open speech" site such as this you are exposed to all the dregs of society including the "experts" who continually post about their experience and how they would have done something differently and get little woody's on someone elses misfortune or imperfect systems but never have the guts to launch their own service.
Once DigiChilli is up and running I will give them a try since they allow for concurrent connections each at the same speed
