Yes usually R5, if they do all round service R10. if its really hot or cold I give enough to buy a cold/hot drink

No. I'll gladly refuel myself, if I could. Heck, I prefer to wash my own windshield and car in any case, so no tip there either.

But I do give a R5 odd if the dude helps me check/pump my tyres.

I only visit when I refuel (and I fill my tank)
If they do everything, R5.
