One on my key ring and one in my wallet.
Want to test one on my cat.

My wife is a shocker when it comes to car keys. So I got a 4 pack of Apple AirTags on black Friday to replace the Tile she used before. Wife uses one, son uses one for his house keys, still got 2 in the drawer. I guess I'll pop one in a suitcase when I fly next time.

Edit: Changed from other to yes because I guess I'll be using shortly when flying.

Do you trace them by the house keys?

Obviously you don't have enough stuff.

I have plenty of stuff, but smart tags aren't really appropriate for most of my things. If someone gets into my house and takes my fridge or computer, I am most certainly not going after them. Keys and wallet I've never really been the sort to misplace: they're either in my pocket or in my bedside draw.

Giving it some thought now, the only thing that I'd consider putting a smart-tag on is my dog.

A semi-serious question - would these work with my kids at a large outdoors school event? (Asking for a friend I mean - they might have misplaced a kid or two over the years, definitely not me).

Have one in my wallet, and put one in my luggage on flight overseas to see how often I could track it

Would be interesting to put one in a parcel and post it to SA via post office

Edit: Airtag

Yeah generally you can track it to a few feet once you are close

I am fascinated that people misplace things. It boggles the mind. Its very simple, everything has its place. put the thing in its place.
I think these tags will just make one even lazier.
OOH look at Mr "I have all my sht together all the time" over here.

It may come as a surprise, but some people struggle with things you don't.
