No man, but seriously. I haven't gymmed since last week. And I must say my body feels a lot less pain and strain.
Am I training wrong or is the pain the proof of the gain?
Lol #1.You should research
Lol #2.You will then understand
Does soreness mean muscle growth?
How many KGs did you weigh?I have an average amount of fats. Have bread, rice and oats everyday. Lost 7kgs in just over three months.

Thanks everyone!
Will do some research on why muscles hurt. Thing is just I though that pain only happens when you start working out.![]()
Pro tip for you about hunger.
YOU DO NOT KNOW what real hunger is. What you think is hunger, about 3-5 hours after your last meal, is merely a blood glucose dip and sugar craving in disguise.
I went my whole life thinking that this was what hunger was. Thinking that the hunger I felt when missing lunch, and getting home for dinner, was real hunger. Saying bull**** like, "I am starving".
Then I did a full Keto diet for 6 weeks. By the end of those 6 weeks, I could probably have gone 2 days without food before starting to feel any level of real hunger. It was a bloody revelation to me. The actual personal experience of realising that what I always thought was hunger, was nothing but my stupid body being out of whack and wanting more sugar crack.
This sugar hunger is not just from chocolates. I never really ate sweets or chocolates. I just had a high carb diet that involved lots of breads and pastas and rice and potatoes,etc...
TLDR: Staying on a Keto diet is not for everyone. But a 4 - 8 week stint of pure keto eating is practically an educational MUST for anyone on a western diet that does not have a medical condition that might worsen in Ketosis. Experiencing the difference between sugar hunger and real hunger will empower you to be able to make much better and smarter food choices moving forward, even if you dont stick to a Keto diet.

Your problem is that you think you will add muscular pecks in 2 weeks, then abs in 2 weeks after that etc etc which will never happen. As you go along you will add MASS from things you eat and training. If you get a bit of a stomach the world wont go flat, its fine. This is very interesting. I do not drink refined sugar anymore. The only sugars i really get is from All Gold tamato sauce I think. I started cutting out bread from yesterday.
Going to try and ignore the stomach growls today.

When you reach a certain weight then you start 'sculpting' your body. Have patience young one eat your 6 meals a day and for the love of all that is holy please listen to the suggestions that have been given to you. If your stomach growls then you ****ing eat. If you feel full but still have to eat 2 more meals then you ****ing eat otherwise you will not grow.
No go sort out that stinky dick of yours and stop trying to become spiderman by having sex with ****ing spiders. You will not have a beach body when you wake up the next morning. Having sex with them angers them as you have witnessed.
