Does eating bread make you fat?

1 tsp of peanut butter and walk around with a marshmallow between your toes.

No man, but seriously. I haven't gymmed since last week. And I must say my body feels a lot less pain and strain.

Am I training wrong or is the pain the proof of the gain?

You should research what happens when you gym and lift weights, and why it is that your muscles grow. The actual, cellular-level occurrences that cause muscle growth. You will then understand the pain and you will be able to answer your own question.

I have an average amount of fats. Have bread, rice and oats everyday. Lost 7kgs in just over three months.

Thanks for the tips guy! I managed to cut out bread today. Hopefully the hunger cravinng will go away. But im eating 2 portions of brown rice and mixing mince and 4 eggs for one meal and snacking in an extra portion of broccoli and carrots.

Thanks everyone!

Will do some research on why muscles hurt. Thing is just I though that pain only happens when you start working out. :)

Damn. but I get so hungry during the day.

Pro tip for you about hunger.

YOU DO NOT KNOW what real hunger is. What you think is hunger, about 3-5 hours after your last meal, is merely a blood glucose dip and sugar craving in disguise.

I went my whole life thinking that this was what hunger was. Thinking that the hunger I felt when missing lunch, and getting home for dinner, was real hunger. Saying bull**** like, "I am starving".

Then I did a full Keto diet for 6 weeks. By the end of those 6 weeks, I could probably have gone 2 days without food before starting to feel any level of real hunger. It was a bloody revelation to me. The actual personal experience of realising that what I always thought was hunger, was nothing but my stupid body being out of whack and wanting more sugar crack.

This sugar hunger is not just from chocolates. I never really ate sweets or chocolates. I just had a high carb diet that involved lots of breads and pastas and rice and potatoes,etc...

TLDR: Staying on a Keto diet is not for everyone. But a 4 - 8 week stint of pure keto eating is practically an educational MUST for anyone on a western diet that does not have a medical condition that might worsen in Ketosis. Experiencing the difference between sugar hunger and real hunger will empower you to be able to make much better and smarter food choices moving forward, even if you dont stick to a Keto diet.

It does, but that is for every muscle you work. If you continue to work the muscles they tend to get tired to a point of not working no more for a while but they won't hurt they will just be numb. Every time you do it differently and use a different muscle, more pain.

This is something everyone should try, not necessarily Keto. I have been messing around with a 3day, just water fast..The clarity of thought that comes with it, and the other stuff is a relavation that alot is just withdrawals. Its quite tough at first but gets better.

I said to my wife for years that I wasn’t sure what hunger pains were because of my stomach issues and not being able to tell the difference.

I’ve always eaten by pure habit or because I start seeing spots or get dizzy, not because my body said I must eat through stomach pain as I can’t actually define that at all.

So the above makes perfect sense to me as I also only really understood true hunger after not eating for almost a week due to a bowel obstruction.

This is very interesting. I do not drink refined sugar anymore. The only sugars i really get is from All Gold tamato sauce I think. I started cutting out bread from yesterday.

Going to try and ignore the stomach growls today.

Your problem is that you think you will add muscular pecks in 2 weeks, then abs in 2 weeks after that etc etc which will never happen. As you go along you will add MASS from things you eat and training. If you get a bit of a stomach the world wont go flat, its fine.

When you reach a certain weight then you start 'sculpting' your body. Have patience young one eat your 6 meals a day and for the love of all that is holy please listen to the suggestions that have been given to you. If your stomach growls then you ****ing eat. If you feel full but still have to eat 2 more meals then you ****ing eat otherwise you will not grow.

No go sort out that stinky dick of yours and stop trying to become spiderman by having sex with ****ing spiders. You will not have a beach body when you wake up the next morning. Having sex with them angers them as you have witnessed.

Honestly, its as though you haven't seen that documentary about that kid that gets bitten by a spider and wakes up with a 6 pack and the ability to climb walls!

It is proven that having fats will keep you feeling fuller for longer, because it has slow energy release. If you are going have a very high fat diet and consumed a large amount of fats on day one, on day two your body will still be trying to break down the fats. Fats are also higher in calories that what carbs and proteins because of the process required for your body to break it down. Not everyone can use Fats as a main source of energy, I cant. My diet has to be higher in carbs especially if you are active.
