Does eating bread make you fat?

This is worth watching OP, I'm still busy watching it.

Best practice cut sugar and processed carbs

Full cream yoghurt will be better for you than too high a starch/carb diet.

I remember from your other thread that you want to gain weight. Cardio -walk/running does not build muscle so much as what it burns calories.

complex starches much better than most yogurts with the amount of sugar in them

So I sleep naked, because I hear there is a lot of health benefits. Anyways one morning i wake up with this red pimple on my taint. I thought nothing of it, but a week or so later I start feeling pain and swollen lymph nodes, kindneys pain, joints pain, spine pain.

Anyways it has become like somewhat of a crater now with a botanical garden inside.

It will probably look like this for the next 10 weeks. :\

MOTS - don't sleep naked I guess.
I still sleep naked though.

I don't see the problem, but then I don't count calories at all and fat doesn't make you fat.

That is for 1 teaspoon, no one ever takes one teaspoon of mayo, more like 5-6.

So 6 * 76 = 456 calories

Compare this to ketchup - 1 tsp = 15 calories * 6 = 90 calories.

So would you rather have a hotdog with mayo (456 calories) or tomato sauce (90 calories).

And if you are doing this everyday, can you see how extra calories will add up...

Anything that is not burnt in the body will get stored as fat, simple as that.

So what is the stuff going out of your rectum?

There is no exact science here.

If it was we would not have people of all shapes and sizes. Fun fact, do you know people have the ability to excrete fat via urine? some more than others. Fat is mainly excreted via your lungs as carbon dioxide and then via urine or stool. Not every excretes the same amount of excess the same way. Magic, isn't it? The body is an amazing machine.

I do believe they are referring to plain full fat yoghurt.

Aka Greek/Bulgarian yoghurt, not the flavoured and sweetened ***.

Or a terribly flawed design.

Fat is not directly excreted via urine. The byproducts of the body burning fat are (notably water). See here.

What you say about it not being an exact science - well, it actually is. The problem is, first of all we don't understand it 100%, second we cannot measure it 100%.

When someone says they eat 2200 calories per day, what they mean is that they target 2200 calories per day. They likely NEVER actually eat exactly 2200 calories per day.

When someone says they burn 2500 calories per day, again, they really have no idea. You can estimate it but you don't know for 100% certain and never will.

I get your point but I would take the Mayo just because I like it more. I don't count calories and don't care about a perfect six pack. The OP should probably do the same because he is complaining about being to skinny.

As for you 2nd point. That's incorrect. Your body don't store everything you don't use as fat. You discharge the waste.(edit: lol. See everyone commented this already)

@op: Put your chicken in a container with some veg and nuts and egg or something and get on with things. You spend way too much time trying to validate the **** you know you shouldn't be doing,

I did not get bit on the gooch. I got bit on the front, right in the centre, on the foreskin. here is an illustration:
