Shot. Found the website. Looks like fun, I see they also have a street car category.

For the drag results they list reaction time, what is that for? At first I thought it was the time between the lights going green and the car moving fowards but most of the reaction time are over one second which seems too slow.

That is exactly what reaction time, the time from the green light to when your car starts moving...
A lot of people are 1sec + because they don't know how to pull off...
