DStv limiting concurrent streams from March 2022

Yikes. What a terrible decision even from a company famed for terrible decisions.

They should come and read the comments in this thread for a sense of how this is going to be received and play out.

I don't think they actually care, mind you.

Had to call on an aquaintance a few weeks ago, was priveleged to watch EPL, 1080p at 60FPS. That was almost good enough to make me ignore 4K ...

Need to improve my relationship there to the point, I can feel comfortable asking how/where/what.

dont stress, it's the same as having Extra View (2 decoders) they will introduce an "access" fee for additional concurrent streams...........

Well, aren't they just pulling a really silly move. If I was their shareholders, I would throw a crap fit.

Im looking for 4k streams but they are few and far between... I can definitely agree with you on the 50fps 1080p EPL... what a treat. You go back to a Supersport stream after that and you wanna vommit

Live stream on one pc, OBS studio virtual camera, private YouTube link = as many people as I feel like sharing the stream with.
It's a hassle, but I am sure you can automate it with the right browser plugin.
