Same in johannesburg. Residents of Buccleuh say they stay in Sandton. Technically correct though.

+1 Dolphin Coast. If your apartment is near the beach, you’ll see dolphins quite a bit. It’s an awesome sight

That's Umhlanga, not Durban North. Beach: Umhlanga Main & Bronze Beach

oh ok.. description by host is " Nestled in Durban North which is centrally situated. " and I wouldn't know any better without proper search.

At Durban Main beach there's a place giving Surfski Lessons. I went there a couple of years ago.
