Easy Equities - #PlayintheUSA

Anybody else experiencing problems on this platform?

I bought 10 shares (8 direct shares, 2 ETFs). The 8 shares are showing but the 2 ETFs aren't, not even under the ETF filter. I raised a ticket but still nothing.

I know this is a "demo" account but surely it is based on the same platform as the existing stuff. You combine that with previous issues of the live SA site of the incorrect amount of shares being shown in your account, them charging STRATE for ETFs when they shouldn't... my confidence in these people are slipping away more and more.

How can you have such a brilliant concept but not back it up with proper quality control?

There's no ETF's under the US demo account. How did you buy it?

The ETFs haven't been working for me since the launch :(

Hmm, I also bought those iShares ETF's. Just noticed now that it's not showing anywhere in the portfolio

In the true inconsistent and buggy ways of EasyEquities, they are listed as shares in "Browse the Market". Search for "iShares" or "ETF".
