VERY greasy breakfast. Bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, fried tomato and coffee. THEN drink 2/3 (depending on your size) headache pills.

I drink lots of water before bed and a bottle of water next to my bed. I did learn a very clever little way of getting over hangovers quickly when my jaw was broken. I have an "Ensure" addiction since my liquid diet days of sucking my meals through a straw. "Ensure" is a meal supliment milkshake and costs around R50 for a tin (I think it is enough for about 9 milkshakes). I find that I am all perky again about half an hour to an hour after a milkshake (Not 100% but not dog turd miserable)
My personal cure for babbelas is highly effective.
I just don't drink booze.
Oxygen and a Vitamin B10 shot does wonders. Both available at your local pharmacy.
Exercise. Run for 2 or 3 km and the babi is gone.
Guess, that means the shooters list is off the menuBest is hair of the dog.. if you were drinking Amstel all night then have one or two the next day.. nfi why it works but it does although not the best option during the week. Drinking a large glass of water with a tablespoon of sugar also helps.
Also don't mix your drinks the previous night, ie only drink one eg. brandy or beer.. not mixing will go a long way to feel better the next day.
Will try some of the tips in this thread tonight and tomorrow morning and report back
