Fed Up With Telkom

Line seems to be stable again. Looks like the problem was at the exchange.

Also, you should change your password, at the very least, from the default which is usually "admin".

Similar here - has cut out a few times since then (but not nearly as much as before).
Noise on the voice line was fixed by them at the MSAN without needing to come to the premises.

Do you have the Aztech Telkom router?

If so, select the "advanced" option from the main menu once you logged in, then you should be able to find the stats under the ADSL tab.

EDIT: Saw you have a Huawei router. I'm sure it should be under the advanced tab.

Sorry I'm not familiar with these things, do I 1st log in then advanced tab? Any screen shots perhaps?
 
I had a look at family members Huawei router and found the ADSL stats under the "Status" tab on the left.

His menu options on the left was Status, Basic, Advanced and Maintenance.
