Hi Guys I bought finnteck android 11 tv. So it doesn't want to sign in my Google account. It says "There was a problem reaching Google servers. Try again later"

Please help

1. Is the Date and Time correct ?
2. Under Apps, try to Uninstall & Reinstall Google Play Services
3. Maybe take it up with the store from which it was purchased ?

1. Yes date and time is correct
2. I did clear caches and Uninstall then install it again but it didn't work.
3. I did but ah those guys seems clueless

i think that the best advice to take from this situation is to return it, and get a refund and rather buy a Mi Box S 2nd gen or a Netogy Nova from Takealot or Makro if you want to walk in somewhere and pick it up. If the Mi Box or Nova doesn't do something then the odds are that it cannot be actually done - and the only two boxes better than those are the Apple TV (certain newest models) and the Nvidia Shield

I bought the Xiaomi 2nd Gen 4K for R999 at Makro about 2 weeks ago, in store.

EDIT - still the same :

Setup was easy with voice activation, so didn't have to type details in.

It's been perfect since, the few times used it. Mainly streaming off my phone still.
