The DA did not replace any black person with a white person. Near every company I work with in the Western Cape have a similar demographic over the past 4 years within their management structure. IN FACT, a couple black directors I know started their own companies in the Western Cape. Blacks are even entrepreneuring within the wine culture with success! Professionals thinking like this...

But still a reason. So if you want to win elections then you should confront this issues yet they are ignoring them. Remember that "clever" blacks are actually clever enough to know when a person is taking them for a ride. The WC is a good story for white and coloured folks, but not for "clever" blacks. So don't wonder why people still vote ANC even when the DA get clean reports every year.

Sorry, I'm not going to look for stats, this should be public knowledge. Minister of Labour has condemned the DA many times around this, so you should know this.

Whats worrying though, is that currently DA is losing about 0.5% an hour, so i obviously wouldnt rule anything out just yet.

That's the best you can come up with? I asked for examples of ANC progress and you give me some case of where in your opinion the Western Cape have more white managers in local government than black? You have to do better than that.

I was referring to the Western Cape government, which is under the control of DA.

So indian and coloured people doesn't count? Maybe that is why the DA is supported in the WC.

Except what you do not know is that I worked for government until a couple of years ago.

Most employees from director level and upwards are coloured and black...the minority is white.

You're clutching at straws...
