The catch is if you have a ebucks rewards rate of 7.5% minimum then you qualify for the 80% discount :/
I find it quite hard to reach that level of reward, you have to add quite a few products where some have fee's attached. The discount that you qualify for is kind of offset by the additional money that you spend to reach the higher reward rate.
Im not hating or anything just making an observation, i have been banking with fnb for 20 years. And in my experience they are excellent if you dont have to contact them.
