Four working days... WTF?

I made an inquiry to iBurst regarding my account. This is the response I got. Now isn’t four working days a bit long??? :wtf:

I asked for an e-mail address to be added to my account so that I can receive statements via e-mail. Still hasn't happened.

Still, I think they know that their service delivery is slow, so rather than saying 2days and only getting back to you after 4 days, they just say 4 days and then "kinda" deliver on their promise.
