I appreciate what you are doing, this is exactly what Mr Beep said when he launched his free proxy. He had spare capacity and free time and was doing a free service to the community. His popularity grew and then he had free and paid, then more paid and less free. Now he has a really great company going for him.

Random guess: Might be that only http://en.wikipedia.org/ was whitelisted while wikipedia does in fact pull all the images used from http://upload.wikimedia.org/ that has not been whitelisted yet?
