Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

My speeds are fine now

But the latency is extremely bad, getting 41ms to CPT and 60ms to JHB

My speeds are still up and down but its a lot better than last night. Latency is the same as yours. :(

I've been getting my usual 11-12ms the entire day today, no issues my side so far with Cool Ideas in PE.

What ISPs are you guys having issues with?

VOX Sunridge Fernglen. Could be isolated to certain parts then.

Maybe more to it:

Speed is fine, getting 101mbps on Speedtest, only the ping sitting at 41ms, I am with Web Africa

Vox say it's resolved, definitely not for me. Latency to CT sitting at 40-45ms with big upwards spikes.

FF notice still shows unresolved.

Yeah, also still have high ping to both CPT and JHB, I do see that Frogfoot changed the issue from the Link Flapping this morning to NLD Outage - Intermittent Connectivity

Started with the rain yesterday - that's the first time I noticed the latency issues and ping spikes - perhaps something exposed along the way. Hope they resolve this soon.

Super weird, only seems to affect certain areas. Which is pretty weird because don't we all utilize the same link out of PE to Cape Town?

Wish they would give us an update.

VOX said "all resolved" I told them bullshit. Their support is useless and you're not allowed to contact FF directly anymore.

Newton Park on Cool Ideas.
