AH support told me that there is an issue in PE on FF where our traffic is routed through Joburg instead of Cape Town, are you guys experiencing this too?
Nope, I'm with Cool Ideas and still getting my usual 11-12ms to CPT.

The following Frogfoot clients will NOT be upgraded:
- All Frogfoot clients in Port Elizabeth and George.
- All former Blitz Fibre clients.
- 1Gbps clients will unfortunately not receive a speed upgrade, as this is the maximum line speed.
was really looking forward to it![]()
let me know if u dont come right, i can send you head of operations information for FF in PEMy Frogfoot fibre has been down since the afternoon of Friday 27th March. Apparently my line is not syncing. Webafrica have escalated this to Frogfoot and stated a 2-3 working day turn around. This time is almost up and I have heard nothing from Frogfoot.
Any experiences or advise on how to deal with this?

Hi there, did Web Africa send you the reference number they would have received from our faults department when logging the fault? This reference number begins with 'FF'.My Frogfoot fibre has been down since the afternoon of Friday 27th March. Apparently my line is not syncing. dont worry we had the same problem last year lol. I assume though it got moved this time due to the fact that they aren't working because of lock down?Sigh - every time I log in and check, the date gets moved on. First it was (I think) 1 March, then 16 March, then 31 March, and now 30 April. Holding thumbs it still happens this lifetime
